1. Who We Are
BizAI is a product of Prizmox. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information you provide to us — primarily through our website, reservation form, and customer support — and explains the data architecture of the appliance itself.
2. What Stays On Your Appliance
- Customer records, contact details, and business notes you enter
- Photos, files, voice recordings stored locally
- Conversation history with the BizAI agent
- Business context, preferences, accumulated memory
- Booking calendar, service history, lifecycle triggers
All of the above is stored on your appliance. We do not access it. We do not retain copies. There is no telemetry of business data.
3. What We Collect From the Website
- Reservation email. When you reserve a unit, we collect your email to notify you when production batches open. We do not share this with third parties.
- Anonymous analytics. Standard request logs, page views, and interaction events for basic analytics (e.g., Meta Pixel, with your consent where required).
- Support inquiries. If you contact us, we retain the message and your reply address to respond.
4. Cloud Routing — How It Works
- The appliance routes simple tasks (tagging, transcription, CRM updates) to the local on-device model. These never leave the box.
- Complex tasks (content drafting, long-form copy, reasoning) route to third-party cloud LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, or open-source endpoints).
- When a cloud call fires, only the specific query is transmitted. Your stored history, your customer list, and your business context are not sent.
- If you use BYO API keys, the call is made directly to the provider under your account. We do not see the request or the response.
- If you use an optional BizAI-managed routing plan, we proxy the call without inspecting payload contents and bill you at cost.
5. What We Don't Do
- We do not train models on your business data.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not place persistent identifiers in cloud LLM calls.
- We do not require an account to use the appliance.
6. Updates and Telemetry
The appliance fetches OTA updates over the public internet. Update checks include only the device serial, the current firmware version, and a list of opted-in feature flags. We use this to deliver patches; we do not associate updates with individual users.
7. Your Rights
- Access. Request a copy of any data we hold about you (typically your reservation email and support history).
- Deletion. Ask us to remove your account-side records.
- Export. Customer data on the appliance is stored in standard, portable formats. You can export at any time.
- Opt-out of analytics. Use the cookie banner or browser-level settings.
8. Data Residency and Compliance
Because business data lives on your appliance, the location of your data is the location of your appliance. This is GDPR-friendly by design (you are the data controller for customer data on the box) and supports China data localization where the box is operated within China.
9. Children
BizAI is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
